BBQ Biryani
INGREDIENTS


  • Beef undercut 1-kg
  • Tandoori Masala 1-packet
  • Ginger garlic paste 2-tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Jazaa Rice 3 cups
  • Potatoes 4
  • Onion fried 2-3
  • Fresh coriander mint 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Green chilies 1/2 cup chopped
  • Yellow food color 1/4-tsp
  • Ground hot spice 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 10
  • Kewra 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required 

DIRECTIONS


In thin slice beef pieces add half cup yogurt; ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, lemon juice, oil and mix well.

Marinate for 2 hours and place on a hot grill pan and cook till beef is slightly brown in little oil; boil rice with salt and oil. Add hot spice to half cup yogurt and make a mixture. Spread the rice over it and pour meat gravy; fried onion; mint, ginger, green coriander, green chilies and yogurt mixture; add the rice layer now and add one more layer of rice and seal the pan. Cook for 15 minutes and add yellow food color and Kewra. Mix and serve in a dish after 5 minutes.
