Butter Garlic Rice With Chicken Balls Curry
INGREDIENTS


For Chicken Balls Curry

To be Ground and Made into Balls to Fry
  • Minced Chicken – 250 gm
  • Green Chillies – 3 peppers
  • Salt – 1 tsp
For the Curry
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Jazaa Fried Onions – 2 tbsp
  • Jazaa Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Zeera Powder – 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Tomato Paste – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander (for garnish) – 1 tbsp

For Butter Garlic Rice

  • Jazaa Basmati Rice – ½ KG boiled
  • Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Green Chillies (sliced across length) – 6 peppers
  • Butter – 2 tbsp

DIRECTIONS


For Chicken Balls Curry

Heat the oil and add the curry ingredients. Add water and cook for two to three minutes, until the oil rises to the top. Then add the fried chicken balls, cover the dish and place on a low heat for 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander.

For Butter Garlic Rice

Heat up the butter, add the chopped garlic and fry until brown. Then add the green chillies, salt and boiled rice. Mix well, then cover the dish and place on a low heat. Your delicious butter garlic rice is ready to serve.
