Chicken Shashlik Sticks with Butter Rice

  • Chicken cubes cut 1-kg
  • Tomato cube cut half kg
  • Capsicum half kg
  • Onion half kg
  • Mustard paste 2-tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Crush chili powder 1-tsp
  • Coriander powder half tsp
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice 8 tsp
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • Butter Rice 1 glass
  • Butter 1 little pack


Marinate all spices, then include oil and mud sticks. Put the butter in a pan and stir fry sticks minimum for 10 min equally on all 4. Boil the rice and strain, then put the butter pack and serve with either hot & spicy or garlic sauce. (Sauce depends on your taste preference)
