Fried Rice recipe
INGREDIENTS


  • Rice Boiled - 3 cups
  • Green Onion - 2 tsp chopped
  • Carrot - 2 tsp (small cubed)
  • Bell pepper (green) - 1 (small cubes)
  • Cabbage chopped - 1 cup 
  • Chicken cubes - 2 
  • Crushed red chilly - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed - 1/2 tsp
  • Fried egg - 1 (small pieces )
  • Oil - 4 tsp

DIRECTIONS


Method
Heat oil and add all the vegetables and all spices except chicken cube and cook until vegetables are softened. Add chicken cubes and cook for a minute and add rice and mix them well. Place cooked egg on top and serve hot.
