Kashmiri Pulao
INGREDIENTS


  • ½-kg Jazaa Premium Basmati Rice
  • ½-kg Mutton
  • Passinda
  • 2-tsp salt
  • 2-tsp  black zeera
  • 1-Onion
  • 1-Ginger
  • 1-Garlic (pounded)
  • 5-cloves
  • 10- white Elichees
  • 1-tbsp Saunf
  • 1-cup Yogurt
  • 2-sticks Cinnamon
  • 1-tsp Black Pepper
  • 4-boiled eggs
  • 2-apples
  • 2-tbsp Peanuts
  • ½ -cup Raisins
  • 7-cups Water and ¾ -cup Oil

DIRECTIONS


Put mutton with all ingredients to boil until meat gets tender; pour 4 cups of water and heat oil; add onions till they are brown. Add mutton, garlic, ginger, put ½ -cup yogurt till it leaves oil; add stock and boil once.

Add Jazaa Premium Basmati rice and cook till water gets completely dry. Mix ½ -cup yogurt, ¼ -cup milk and spread on top; Fry peanuts, raisin apples, spread on top. Leave to simmer with eggs (Dum). Serve duly decorated with eggs.
