Masala Rice
INGREDIENTS


  • 2-cups Jazaa Basmati Rice
  • 1-cup Tikka Bites
  • 2-Eggs
  • 1/4 -cup Grated carrots
  • 1/2-cup oil
  • 2-Green Onions
  • 7-10 Ground Cloves
  • 1-tsp Ground garam masalah
  • 5-green chilies
  • 1-tsp salt
  • 1-tbsp Soya Sauce and a pich of Yellow food color

DIRECTIONS


Heat oil and fry beaten eggs. Add salt and fry for 2 minutes. Add soya sauce and fry for 1 minute. Add “Garam Masala” and cloves. Cook for 1 minute.

Boil Jazaa Basmati rice and add in egg mixture, chilies, tikka bites and yellow food color. Cover and let simmer for 5 to10 minutes on very slow heat. Serve hot.
