In a pan take chicken, sliced tomatoes, ginger & garlic paste, green chilies paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, ghee and 1 cup water and mix all items. Now cover and cook till meat is tender and water dries.
Then add coriander leaves, fried onion, plums, sliced lemon, mint, yogurt, yellow color, kewra, and mix all items well.
Now pour all these mixture over boiled rice and cook on high flame for 10 minutes and then on low flame for 15 minutes. Mix and Serve.
