Soak Jazaa Elite Steam rice for 30 to 40 minutes and drain. Heat oil, sauté onions & garlic, fry well with 2 green chilies, Jazaa rice and fry for 1 minute. Stir chilies, oregano, chicken stock, tomato puree & black pepper, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer till Jazaa Elite Steam rice gets tender then dry. Top with fried egg, green onions, capsicum plus fried onions.
