INGREDIENTS


  • Jazaa Boiled and crushed rice Large Cup
  • Chopped Green Chili 4 piece
  • Chopped Coriander 1 cup
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chat Masala 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic Paste 2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
  • Onion (Round cut) 2 Onions
  • Cucumber For Garnishing
  • Salad Leaves

DIRECTIONS


Keep boiled mashed rice, add potato and all other masalas and ingredients. Mix it well and roll in Kababs.
Fry and then garnish with vegetables and serve.
