Shinwari Karahi
INGREDIENTS


  • Chicken (Karahi Cut) – ½ KG
  • Chopped Tomatoes – 125 grams
  • Oil – 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • White Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Green Chillies (sliced across length)
  • Sliced Ginger
  • Chopped Fresh Coriander

DIRECTIONS


Fry the chicken, separate it from the oil and set aside. In the same oil, add the Ginger Garlic paste and chopped tomatoes and let cook for 6-7 minutes until well incorporated. Then add all the spices and let simmer for 2 minutes. Add the chicken back into the mixture, cover the dish and place on a low heat for 3 minutes. Garnish with the sliced ginger, green chillies and chopped coriander. Your delicious Shinwari Karahi is ready to serve.
