Beat eggs, coconut milk and salt in oil. Heat 2-tbsp oil in a wok and add the mixture, fry and remove. Heat 2-tbsp more oil, fry onions, chicken and prawns on high fire. Add red paste, fish sauce and bring to a sizzling hot. Add Jazaa Economy Rice, green onions and stir fry. S erve with sprinkles of egg and green chilies.
