Vegetable Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS


  • Jazaa Rice (boiled) - 1/2 KG 
  • Spring Onions (green part) - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum cubic - 1/2 cup
  • Carrots cubic - 1/2 cup
  • Chinese Salt - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • Crushed Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tsp

DIRECTIONS


Preheat oil and stir fry capsicum and carrot for a minute, add Chinese salt and black pepper and stir. Now add spring onions, rice and soy sauce and mix well. Cover for 2 minutes. Vegetable fried rice is now ready to serve hot.
